Assembly Worker – Full‑time Production Role

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑focused Assembly Worker to join our busy production team on a full‑time basis. You will assemble products to specification, perform quality checks and support warehouse activities as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble products in line with specifications and processes.
• Carry out testing and quality inspections to ensure standards and tolerances are met.
• Pack finished goods ready for dispatch.
• Report any product or production issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Support warehouse duties including receiving, storing, picking and packing goods.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Experience working to production targets and KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and good command of English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, flexible and proactive.
