Assembly Worker

About the role

We are looking for a temporary Assembly Operative to join our production team in Chiswick for at least one month, with the possibility of extension. The role involves working on an assembly line to build electro‑mechanical controllers, finishing and boxing the completed units. The position is full‑time (37.5 hours per week) with an early finish on Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble components of electro‑mechanical controllers according to production specifications.
• Finish, inspect and box products to required standards.
• Follow clear work instructions and supervisor guidance.
• Complete basic documentation and production records accurately.
• Support team targets and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Comfortable with hands‑on assembly work and physical tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and able to stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience in assembly or factory environments.
• Good team player who can follow instructions.
