About the role
Shorterm Group is seeking motivated Asset Surveyors to join their team in South East London. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, and involves capturing and surveying assets on commercial properties across the capital.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site asset capturing and detailed surveys of commercial properties.
- Record mechanical and electrical asset data accurately.
- Travel to various locations within London using a personal vehicle.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure data quality and compliance.
Required profile
- Previous experience in mechanical or electrical asset handling.
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive to multiple sites.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
