Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Brand Manager to join a fast‑growing consumer brand in the sport and performance sector. This full‑time, on‑site role will give you the chance to work across product, digital, e‑commerce and trade channels, turning innovative ideas into market‑ready campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of annual brand and trade marketing plans.
• Assist with new product launches, coordinating timelines, packaging, claims and marketing assets.
• Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to inform product positioning.
• Contribute to integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail, events and partnerships.
• Prepare sell‑in presentations, retailer marketing plans and track promotional effectiveness.
• Monitor marketing spend, compile performance reports and support business reviews.

Required profile

• Commercially minded marketer with a passion for sport and lifestyle products.
• Strong analytical ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with product development, sales, digital and external agencies.
• Ambitious and ready to broaden marketing capabilities toward a future Brand Manager role.
