Assistant Concierge & Valet Driver

About the role

We are seeking a polished Assistant Concierge & Valet Driver to join a prestigious luxury residential development in Central London. The role blends front‑of‑house concierge duties with doorperson and valet responsibilities, offering a dynamic, customer‑focused environment where you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome residents, guests and visitors with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Open doors, assist with luggage, arrange taxis and provide local directions.
• Support the concierge team with resident requests and day‑to‑day operations on a rotating basis.
• Manage incoming deliveries, parcels and collections efficiently.
• Sign in contractors and visitors, ensuring security procedures are followed.
• Perform valet driving duties, parking and retrieving resident vehicles as required.
• Maintain high presentation standards throughout front‑of‑house areas.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury residential, hospitality, hotel or premium customer‑service environments.
• Confident, approachable and service‑driven with excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Calm and professional demeanor in a busy setting.
• Strong personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Full, clean UK or EU driving licence held for at least two years; age 25+ for insurance purposes.
