Assistant Facilities & Building Maintenance Account Manager

About the role

Our Maintenance team delivers planned, preventative and reactive services to keep client workplaces safe, efficient and reliable. As an Assistant Facilities & Building Maintenance Account Manager you will support the Account Manager in overseeing a portfolio of contracts, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Account Manager in securing new maintenance contracts from fit‑out projects and existing clients.
• Help develop and maintain relationships with Facilities Managers, Property Managers and commercial building owners.
• Support scheduling, preparation and attendance of client meetings and produce monthly/quarterly performance reports.
• Work with Coordinators and Engineers to gather data for client reviews and service reporting.
• Monitor contract costs, profitability and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within current accounts.

Required profile

• Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical M&E information.
• Proactive approach to supporting client retention and business growth.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) knowledge.
• Familiarity with Joblogic contract management software.
• Experience with planned preventative maintenance programmes.
• Understanding of reactive maintenance and small‑works project coordination.
