Assistant Finance Manager – Financial Accountant

About the role

This position is the key finance point for a growing, diversified family office that manages around 20 holding companies. You will work directly with senior finance leaders and have a real impact on mid‑market investment flows.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day and end‑to‑end accounting for multiple entities, including AP, AR, cash‑flow, month‑end and year‑end processes.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and statements for the portfolio of holding companies.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO, Finance Director and business leaders on investment and operational decisions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of accounting experience, qualified by experience or part‑qualified.
• Proven ability to manage AP/AR, cash‑flow and financial close across several entities.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to solve problems without rigid process manuals.
• Full‑time office presence with limited remote work (approximately one day per month).
