About the role
Join Hilton St Georges Park as an Assistant Front Office Manager and support the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will work in a vibrant hotel that hosts sport teams, leisure guests and corporate clients, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing all Front Office activities and maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, recognise regular and VIP guests, and promote the Hilton loyalty programme.
- Drive room occupancy and revenue through up‑selling techniques.
- Help set departmental objectives, schedules, budgets and policies.
- Train, coach and evaluate Front Office team members, ensuring knowledge of hotel products and local area.
- Maintain effective communication with all hotel departments and manage staffing levels.
- Conduct monthly meetings and produce minutes in the Front Office Manager’s absence.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Leadership potential and a proactive sales attitude.
