Assistant Insolvency Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Insolvency Manager to join our London team, working on upper‑mid‑market insolvency cases. You will be involved in large administrations, trading administrations, pre‑pack transactions and complex restructuring projects, gaining hands‑on experience across a varied portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior managers in handling large and trading administrations.
• Support pre‑pack processes and complex restructuring engagements.
• Prepare and review case documentation, financial statements and reports.
• Liaise with creditors, trustees, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
• Maintain high quality standards while managing multiple cases.

Required profile

• Experience in insolvency, restructuring or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering quality work over volume.
• Motivation to develop a long‑term career in insolvency.
