About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Lettings Manager to join our Sheffield branch of Leaders, a well‑established property group. This is a full‑time, on‑site position offering a clear career path within a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new lettings business and increase branch income.
- Support the Lettings Manager in leading the daily operations of the lettings team.
- Appraise and instruct residential rental properties.
- Maintain accurate property listings and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with tenant enquiries, viewings and lease negotiations.
Required profile
- Highly motivated and career‑driven.
- Experience in the current residential rental market.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.

What we offer
- Competitive salary up to £34,000 OTE.
- Standard office hours Monday‑Friday 8:45 am‑5:30 pm, with one Saturday per month (9 am‑1 pm).
