Assistant Management Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join our well‑established supply chain and logistics company in Nursling. You will support the finance team with month‑end processes, reporting and balance‑sheet activities while developing your accounting expertise in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with month‑end activities including manual accruals, pre‑payments and fixed‑asset management.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision‑making.
• Support balance‑sheet reconciliations and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• AAT qualification or equivalent experience in management accounting.
• Strong communication skills and a diligent, confident approach to work.
• Desire for a stable role with potential progression into reporting and budgeting.
