Assistant Manager – East Dulwich Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our East Dulwich restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to ensure smooth operations, high standards and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily shifts and ensure efficient service.
• Oversee Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance.
• Assist in training, coaching and developing team members.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle compliance reporting and documentation.
• Drive sales growth through continuous improvement of service and restaurant performance.
