About the role

Join Savers as an Assistant Manager in Bournemouth, supporting a vibrant retail environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. You will help create a warm, supportive store atmosphere while driving sales and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage daily store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Develop staff through coaching, delegation, and performance feedback.
• Build relationships with the local community and represent the store at events.
• Identify and act on opportunities to maximise sales and improve store routines.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong delegation and organisational abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for retail.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
