Assistant Manager – Retail (Full‑time)

About the role

Join Savers as an Assistant Manager in Gravesend and help create a warm, supportive store environment. You’ll work flexible full‑time hours, collaborating with the store team to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver high‑quality service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock levels are optimal.
• Build relationships with the local community and represent the store at events.
• Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong delegation and organisational abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on maximising sales opportunities.
• People‑centred approach, keeping staff and customers at the heart of decisions.
