About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Savers store in Redcar. You will help create a warm, supportive environment and inspire the team to deliver exceptional results while connecting with the local community.
Key responsibilities
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages ideas and teamwork.
- Inspire store teams to achieve sales targets and develop their skills.
- Build relationships with the local community and represent the store positively.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of retail management experience.
- Strong delegation abilities to get the job done.
- Ability to establish routines and identify opportunities to maximise sales.
