About the role
Join Savers as an Assistant Manager in Watford and help create a warm, supportive store environment. You will inspire the team to deliver exceptional results while building strong connections with the local community.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, encouraging ideas and continuous improvement among staff.
- Engage with the local community to strengthen the store’s presence and reputation.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of retail management experience.
- Strong delegation skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Ability to develop routines and identify opportunities to maximise sales.
