About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Tunbridge Wells store, supporting the Area Manager in delivering efficient, safe and customer‑focused wholesale operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and legal standards.
- Maintain store standards, stock levels and merchandising.
- Report performance and issues to the Area Manager.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service and resolve enquiries.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail or wholesale environments.
- Proven ability to manage a team and drive results.
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving attitude.
- Enthusiastic, customer‑focused and ambitious.
