Assistant Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to join a leading architecture practice in London’s West End. The role offers a chance to develop project coordination expertise within a fast‑paced, creative environment while supporting multiple architectural projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support across several project teams.
• Assist with project documentation, workflows, extranets and document management.
• Prepare reports, schedules, programmes, proposals and other project documents using company templates.
• Cover for Project Coordinators during absences and support onboarding of new team members.
• Manage diaries, arrange travel, accommodation, meetings, events and catering.
• Maintain accurate project records, databases and contact information.
• Process timesheets, expenses, leave requests and assist with project costing enquiries.
• Coordinate sub‑consultant agreements and update costing systems.
• Support office operations, including reception, post management and health & safety documentation.

Required profile

• Organised and detail‑oriented administrator.
• Interest in project management within an architectural setting.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous, training provided if needed).

What we offer

• Competitive salary of £27,000‑£30,000 per annum.
• Full‑time, permanent position based in London’s West End.
