Assistant Project Manager – Design & Built Environment

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, high‑profile projects within a collaborative design environment. Working alongside experienced Design Managers and multidisciplinary teams, you will help drive projects from inception through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of project delivery across multiple sectors.
• Support project programming activities such as critical path analysis, baselines and float management.
• Help prepare and maintain project schedules using appropriate tools.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely information flow.
• Contribute to documentation, reporting and project controls.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of construction or design processes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
