Assistant Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, including data centre builds, tunnel ventilation systems, hotels and residential apartments. You will work closely with senior project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing projects across data‑centre, tunnel ventilation, hospitality and residential sectors.
• Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders to align objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as reports, meeting minutes and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations and quality requirements.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to track milestones and resolve on‑site issues.
• Coordinate subcontractors on mechanical, HVAC, AHU and noise‑and‑vibration control works.

Required profile

• A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience or strong interest in project management within data‑centre, tunnel ventilation, hospitality or residential construction.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
