Assistant Project Manager (Property & Facilities)

About the role

Perle Hotels is seeking an organised and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support property, refurbishment and facilities projects across its hotel portfolio. Reporting to the Projects and Building Estates Manager, you will work from our Central Support team in Edinburgh and travel to sites as required.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate refurbishment, maintenance and property improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, trackers and schedules.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and procurement activities.
• Support planned preventative maintenance programmes across the group.
• Manage project documentation and produce compliance reports using Logit.
• Assist with purchase orders, supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Monitor project expenditure in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Build strong relationships with hotel colleagues and central support teams to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating projects in property, construction, facilities or maintenance environments.
• Strong planning, organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, positive and solution‑focused attitude.
