About the role

Join a leading independent construction and property consultancy in London as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. You will work alongside experienced professionals across the full project lifecycle, gaining exposure to high‑profile commercial, residential and mixed‑use developments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in cost planning, tender documentation and procurement advice.
• Support senior surveyors with contract administration and valuations.
• Attend client and design meetings.
• Prepare interim and final accounts.
• Help prepare cost reports and financial forecasts.
• Engage with clients, contractors and project teams.

Required profile

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• 2+ years of UK consultancy or contractor experience.
• Working towards MRICS or eager to start APC.
• Strong communication, numeracy and analytical abilities.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
