Assistant Restructuring Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Restructuring Manager to join our growing Manchester team. This position offers hands‑on exposure to restructuring advisory, financial advisory and complex corporate insolvency work, with the flexibility to work from other UK locations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) and options reviews.
• Support cash‑flow forecasting, reporting and stakeholder reporting.
• Contribute to financial advisory restructuring plans and debt‑advisory assignments.
• Participate in corporate insolvency administrations and complex insolvency cases.
• Engage in a variety of advisory‑led projects and technically challenging appointments.

Required profile

• Motivated individual eager to develop a broad skill set in advisory and insolvency.
• Open to candidates without prior advisory experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to tailor exposure to personal strengths and career ambitions.
