Assistant Social Media & Content Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to join our UK Advertising & Marcomms team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working closely with the Manager, Social Media & Content and the Head of Social & Content, you will drive end‑to‑end social and content campaigns across our UK channels, ensuring they are innovative, on‑brand and aligned with business KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise social and content marketing campaigns from brief to delivery across platforms such as TikTok, Meta and Instagram.
• Produce, publish and refine organic social content for UK owned channels on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with internal specialist teams, product groups, external agencies and strategic partners to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring activities meet deadlines and stay within agreed financial limits.
• Own creative strategy for content briefs, secure compliance, legal and brand sign‑off, and report on performance with actionable insights.
