Assistant Store Leader – Visual Merchandising (Regent St, London)

About the role

As an Assistant Store Leader – Visual Merchandising you will partner with the Store Leader to keep the store operationally sound, achieve business results, and bring SKIMS products to life through compelling visual storytelling and customer‑focused experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the visual merchandising strategy, ensuring product displays are cohesive, brand‑aligned and drive sales.
• Use store and product reporting to adjust product flow, placement and zoning, keeping the floor visually shoppable and aligned with customer experience goals.
• Lead, train and coach team members on visual best practices, styling, product knowledge and new campaign launches.
• Maintain operational excellence by keeping the floor clean, organized, correctly signed and stocked, and by overseeing visual tools, supplies and display inventory.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of retail leadership experience with a strong focus on visual merchandising, styling or customer experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales through merchandising decisions and visual floor leadership.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and coach a team to meet KPIs.
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store and lift items up to 40 lb throughout the shift.
