Assistant Store Manager (40‑hour week)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join its Exeter location. You will be a key member of the store leadership team, driving sales, coaching staff, and ensuring operational excellence while upholding the brand’s heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategies to grow sales and analyse performance data.
• Coach, mentor and motivate team members, providing guidance and leading by example.
• Oversee daily store operations, maintaining efficiency, high standards and a welcoming environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assume full store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager or Associate Store Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience with proven coaching and training abilities.
• Demonstrates discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy.
• Collaborative role model who aligns with Levi’s culture and policies.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, move continuously, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
