Assistant Store Manager – Battersea Power Station

About the role

Reiss is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the Battersea Power Station store in London. The role involves delivering premium customer service, meeting sales targets and ensuring operational excellence in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day running of the store, including visual merchandising and administration.
• Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximise profitability.
• Achieve and aim to exceed targeted KPIs.
• Inspire the team through regular service and product training.
• Implement and maintain effective operational processes and procedures.
• Assist with recruitment and conduct performance or probation reviews.
• Deputise for the Store Manager when absent.

Required profile

• Previous retail management experience at a similar level.
• Proven track record of improving business performance and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong visual sense and commercial product management abilities.
• Ability to balance customer service, operational, technical and visual duties.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Self‑motivated, focused and driven to achieve team and individual goals.
• Effective people manager with good written and verbal communication skills.
