Assistant Store Manager – Flagship Retail (Kent House)

About the role

Join Reiss’s flagship store in Kent House, Central London, as an Assistant Store Manager. You will help deliver premium customer service, meet sales targets and ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day store operations and act as deputy to the Store Manager.
• Identify sales opportunities, drive profitability and aim to exceed KPI targets.
• Inspire the team through regular product and service training.
• Maintain efficient operational processes, procedures and administration.
• Assist with recruitment, performance reviews and staff development.

Required profile

• Previous retail management experience at a similar level.
• Proven track record of improving business performance and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong visual awareness and commercial product‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective people‑management and communication skills.
