Assistant Store Manager

About the role

Superdry is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to lead a store team, drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will act as a role model, championing the brand’s visual standards and fostering a fun, inclusive atmosphere for staff and shoppers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and manage the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising excellence and ensure the store reflects Superdry’s brand identity.
• Coach staff to become product experts and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Identify and implement innovative ideas to improve store performance.
• Uphold Superdry’s culture, values and sustainability commitments.

Required profile

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams.
• Commercially focused, ambitious and results‑driven.
• Passionate about the Superdry brand and customer experience.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to make decisions for business benefit.
