Assistant Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support our Store Manager in delivering an outstanding retail experience. You will help drive sales, motivate the team and ensure the store meets high standards of appearance and service.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the store team to consistently "wow" customers.
• Deputise for the Store Manager across all store operations.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and motivating staff.
• Train and support colleagues to deliver the "Tapi difference".
• Induct new team members and maintain store appearance.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure exceptional service.
• Use store technology to accurately record customer orders.
• Comply with health, safety and security requirements.

Required profile

• Passionate about people, customer experience and retail success.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and leads by example.
• Strong sales drive combined with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Good judgement and ability to improve processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with store technology for order entry.
