Assistant Store Manager – Lifestyle Brand – Flagship Store

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a flagship lifestyle brand store in Dartford. The role combines commercial focus with people leadership, ensuring the store meets sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the store team to provide outstanding service.
• Take full ownership of store performance, sales results and daily operations.
• Drive sales growth, meet KPIs and implement promotional activities.
• Oversee stock control, health & safety, compliance and visual standards.
• Deliver training and development to build confident brand ambassadors.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years’ experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Retail Manager or Outlet Manager.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Strong communication, organisational and customer‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
