About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support a thriving luxury beauty and wellness boutique in Islington, London. The role involves working closely with the Store Manager to deliver world‑class service and uphold the brand’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
- Drive sales and achieve commercial targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Assist with staff training, coaching and development.
- Oversee stock control, inventory management and replenishment.
- Promote the brand within the local community and build lasting relationships.
Required profile
- Previous management experience in luxury, fashion, fragrance or beauty.
- Impeccable standards and passion for delivering world‑class service.
- Confident leader with strong commercial acumen.
- Creative spirit and ability to work as part of a friendly, community‑focused team.
