About the role

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate and develop a passionate retail team to exceed sales targets.
• Drive sales through promotions, effective merchandising, and accurate stock control.

• Maintain operational excellence, including audits, budgeting, and stock management.

Required profile

• Previous retail management experience, ideally 1+ years.
• Strong passion for customer service and sales.
• Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Willingness to carry out optional piercing services after full training.
