Assistant Store Manager – Retail

About the role

Superdrug is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join its Hounslow store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a team, deliver excellent customer service and drive sales in a fast‑moving health and beauty environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate and develop a passionate team to exceed sales targets.
• Implement promotions, merchandising standards and stock control to maximise revenue.
• Create an engaging and fun atmosphere for customers and colleagues.
• Maintain operational excellence through audits, budgeting and inventory management.
• Optional: Deliver piercing services after full training.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong passion for customer service and sales.
• Good decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
