Assistant Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Mountain Warehouse is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will help lead daily operations, support a high‑performing team and uphold the brand’s standards across the Solihull store.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team alongside the Store Manager.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs and manage stock replenishment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle feedback promptly.
• Recruit, train and retain staff while implementing loss‑prevention measures.
