Assistant Window Fitter (UPVC)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Window Fitter to join our expanding team in Bolton. This is a full‑time, PAYE position offering a clear training pathway into a skilled window and door fitting career with a reputable nationwide company.

Key responsibilities

• Remove old windows and doors using hand and power tools.
• Fit new UPVC windows and doors to exact specifications.
• Take accurate measurements and make any necessary bespoke adjustments.
• Clear away debris and materials after each job.
• Assist with repairs and replacements as requested by customers.

Required profile

• Some experience in window, door or general building work, preferably with UPVC.
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently on site.
• Health and safety conscious.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Use of hand tools.
• Use of power tools.
• UPVC window fitting techniques.
