Associate / AVP – Direct Infrastructure Investments (London/Munich)

About the role
Our client, a leading global asset manager, is expanding its market‑leading infrastructure team. The Associate/AVP will work on direct infrastructure investments across flagship and energy‑transition funds, supporting the full deal cycle from origination to exit.
Key responsibilities
- Source, evaluate and execute infrastructure transactions, handling analysis, structuring, due diligence, negotiations and closing.
- Monitor and manage existing infrastructure assets, ensuring performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior team members and external advisors throughout the investment process.
Required profile
- Strong academic record from a leading university.
- Relevant transaction experience in an infrastructure fund or top‑tier investment bank.
- Team‑player attitude with the ability to support senior colleagues and work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and able to manage multiple projects.
