Associate Business Consultant – Life Sciences (Graduate Program)

About the role

We are hiring recent university graduates for a 20‑month Business Consultant Development Program in Veeva’s Life Sciences Commercial consulting practice. The program provides intensive training, mentorship and client‑facing projects to develop consulting, domain and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, and timeline management.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimise operating and engagement models, processes and business performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to develop tangible business and operational solutions.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate with a strong academic record (Bachelor’s degree).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Process‑driven mindset with interest in operations, numbers and data analysis.
• High work ethic, integrity and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

What we offer

• Starting salary of £45,000 per year.
