Associate Business Consultant – Life Sciences Quality (Graduate Program)

About the role

We are hiring recent university graduates for a 20‑month Business Consultant Development Program focused on Life Sciences Quality. As an Associate Business Consultant you will work with experienced team members on customer‑facing engagements, applying Veeva’s software, data and AI to improve drug development and launch processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, and timeline management.
• Collaborate with senior Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimise operating models, processes and business performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to develop tangible business and operational solutions.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate with a strong academic record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Process‑driven mindset with a passion for analysing operations and data.
• High work ethic, integrity and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

What we offer

• Starting salary of £45,000 per year.
