About the role

We are seeking an Associate Commercial Property Solicitor with 2‑4 years of post‑qualification experience to join a leading regional practice in Bishop's Stortford. Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial leases, licences and related documentation.
• Conduct due‑diligence investigations and prepare comprehensive reports for clients.
• Liaise with clients, external counsel and other professional advisers to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Manage a portfolio of property matters, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 2‑4 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong analytical ability and a client‑focused approach.
• Experience working within a multi‑disciplinary legal team.
