About the role

The Associate will join Birketts LLP’s Commercial Real Estate team in Ipswich, working within the firm’s Real Estate division. The role involves providing legal advice and support on development, investment, acquisitions, disposals, secured lending and landlord‑tenant matters for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating contracts, documents, advice notes, letters and correspondence tailored to client needs.
Acting as a key point of contact for clients on commercial real estate matters.
