Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on infrastructure and building projects.
• Collaborate with directors, clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Develop and mentor junior staff, fostering team growth.
• Contribute to commercial aspects, including cost and programme management.
• Support business development and practice expansion in the UK.

Required profile

• Qualified civil or structural engineer with several years of experience in construction engineering.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
