About the role
Robert Bird Group is seeking an Associate to join its expanding Construction Engineering team in Birmingham. This position offers an experienced engineer the chance to step into a senior leadership role within a dynamic consultancy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project delivery across infrastructure and building projects.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and mentor junior staff, contributing to the growth of the UK practice.
- Combine technical leadership with commercial and people‑management responsibilities.
Required profile
- Significant experience as a construction engineer.
- Proven ability to take on senior leadership responsibilities.
- Strong track record of client engagement and team development.
