Associate Consultant – Commercial Strategy

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Commercial practice team in the UK, based in either our London or Manchester office. You will support the delivery of high‑quality, insight‑led strategy projects for global biopharma clients, developing skills across research, analysis and strategic communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of commercial strategy projects across the product life‑cycle, including literature searches, evidence synthesis and insight generation.
• Prepare client deliverables, reports and presentations, and coordinate stakeholder interviews and meetings.
• Assist with day‑to‑day client communication, build relationships with stakeholders and contribute to workshops and presentations.
• Help develop project proposals, pitch materials and internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Medical, Values, Pricing & Access, and Competitive Strategy practices to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of overall experience, with exposure to commercial strategy or healthcare (desirable).
• Strong analytical and research abilities, capable of summarising complex information into clear slides or reports.
• Good written and verbal communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi‑task, meet deadlines and work effectively in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environments.
• BA/BS degree required; life‑science or business/marketing background preferred.
