Associate Consultant – Digital Architecture

About the role

RT Consulting is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its Digital Architecture community. You will work on Defence, Government and Public Sector programmes, providing solution and systems architecture expertise across multiple client sites in the Southwest of the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver architecture designs for solutions, systems, cloud/platform and integration projects.
• Collaborate with complex stakeholder groups in regulated, secure environments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical architectures.
• Provide on‑site consultancy 2–3 days per week with hybrid flexibility.
• Share knowledge within a community of specialists and support peer learning.

Required profile

• Experienced architect or systems engineering professional.
• Comfortable operating in regulated, secure settings such as Defence.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to business audiences.
