Associate Consultant – Value, Pricing & Access

About the role

Prescient is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its Value, Pricing & Access practice, built on the expertise of Dolon. You will work on high‑impact projects in oncology, rare diseases and specialty therapeutics, helping biopharma clients shape reimbursement and pricing strategies worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of value, pricing and access strategy projects across the product life‑cycle, including literature searches, evidence synthesis and landscape assessments.
• Prepare client deliverables such as reports, presentations and policy analyses, and coordinate stakeholder interviews.
• Assist with client communication, participate in workshops, and begin building relationships with client stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal and pitch material preparation.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical and Competitive Strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Some exposure to market access, pricing, policy or healthcare through study, internship or work experience.
• Strong analytical and research abilities, with experience summarising complex information into slides or reports.
• Basic understanding of drug development, global pricing/reimbursement systems and HTA processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines with senior guidance.
