Associate Desktops Specialist

About the role

ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), is seeking an Associate Desktops Specialist to join its high‑performing team in London. The role focuses on delivering technical expertise, supporting client adoption, and driving revenue growth for the ICE Connect product suite across energy and commodities markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product, technical and market expertise to demonstrate, configure and position ICE Desktop & Web platforms for clients.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on platform configuration, workflow design, troubleshooting and integration support.
• Support growth and adoption of ICE Chat, ICE Connect Desktop, QuoteBoard, WebICE, ICE Options Analytics and ICE Mobile across assigned territories.
• Design and showcase technical workflows and integrations using APIs, data integrations and client systems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through training, on‑site floor walks and virtual meetings.
• Investigate and resolve client‑facing technical issues, collaborating with Sales, Product and cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with Sales on pre‑ and post‑sales activities to generate revenue and retain clients.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for new product initiatives and priority markets.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of market data and trading environments in energy and commodities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast‑paced environment.
