Associate Director – AI Solutions for Large Accounts

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead the delivery of AI solutions for large enterprise accounts across the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector. You will bridge commercial leadership with delivery oversight, helping clients unlock the full potential of AI while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close AI‑focused sales opportunities with enterprise‑level clients.
• Design and launch market‑leading AI propositions, including generative AI use‑cases.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions.
• Shape solution architectures with technical specialists and manage delivery risks.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into compelling client proposals.

Required profile

• Proven track record in consultancy sales and account management within Technology, Media or Telecoms.
• Deep understanding of the generative AI landscape and its commercial applications.
• Experience overseeing end‑to‑end AI initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder‑engagement skills, able to communicate value to executive decision‑makers.
