Associate Director – Applied AI (Enterprise Consulting)

About the role

The Associate Director – Applied AI will lead the delivery of AI solutions for a leading technology consultancy, bridging large enterprise accounts with AI potential and driving business growth through innovative, secure, and scalable AI offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of enterprise‑scale AI solutions and shape solution architectures with technical specialists.
• Build and convert new AI opportunities, develop market‑leading AI propositions, and manage end‑to‑end delivery risks.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, combining commercial leadership with delivery oversight to ensure successful business outcomes.
• Engage senior stakeholders, translating AI capabilities into measurable business value.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into compelling client propositions.

Required profile

• Proven experience opening and closing sales in consultancy and managing enterprise‑level accounts in Technology, Media or Telecoms.
• Deep understanding of the Generative AI landscape and its commercial applications.
• Experience overseeing end‑to‑end AI initiatives and applying AI to drive operational efficiency and product innovation.
• Knowledge of enterprise cloud ecosystems and AI services, with a focus on secure, responsible, and scalable deployment.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder‑engagement skills, able to bridge technical teams and executive decision‑makers.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to five days per week.
