Associate Director – Business Development (Infrastructure)

About the role

The Associate Director, Business Development will lead a dedicated team focused on the infrastructure sector within a global law firm. Reporting to senior partners, you will shape business development strategy, drive client acquisition and support cross‑selling initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the infrastructure business development team.
• Develop and execute strategic BD plans aligned with senior partners' objectives.
• Identify and target existing and prospective clients through research and product development.
• Manage targeted campaigns, bids and cross‑selling programmes.
• Provide trusted advice to partners on client development and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business development within the legal sector.
• Demonstrated expertise covering infrastructure projects.
• Strong track record of leading teams and delivering BD results.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
